1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Badman Energy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of beats, audio, art, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Badman Energy a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, display, and promote your User Content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you upload and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

4. Purchases & Licensing

• Buyers receive the license type stated at checkout for each beat.
• Producers set prices and are responsible for honoring the license terms they offer.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund disputes are handled case by case.
• Badman Energy may take a service fee from each transaction, disclosed before checkout.

5. Payouts

Producers can request payouts of available earnings via supported payment methods. Payouts may be delayed or held while we investigate suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content you don't own or have rights to.
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other users.
• Attempting to bypass security, scrape the Service, or disrupt operations.
• Using the Service for fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. Copyright & DMCA

We respond to valid copyright notices. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to dmca@badmanenergy.com with the required information. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. You may close your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific earnings for producers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Badman Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
